Important information regarding your dining experience at Nonnaverse:
Dietary Specifications: • Due to the nature of our set menu, we may only be able to accommodate allergens and intolerances to a certain extent and at our discretion. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate diets that exclude gluten, seafood, or nuts. For other inquiries, please contact us prior to making a booking, as we can only make changes if requests are made in advance.
- Guests are requested to share all dietary specifications, allergies, and intolerances of every member of the party at the time of making the reservation. This will help us provide a more personalized experience. If we do not receive any information, we will assume that you have no dietary restrictions or allergy concerns.
- To offer a variety of options tailored to your taste, our 7-course menu includes 3 courses where you can choose between beef, seafood, vegetarian, or chicken. If you inform us of your preferences for these specific courses in advance, we will do our best to accommodate them.
Reservation Timings: • Lunch: 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday
• Dinner: 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm or 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Wednesday to Saturday
• The restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday
• We recommend guests arrive 15 minutes before their reservation time.
• The table will be held for 15 minutes from the time of reservation.
Reservation Policy: • To confirm your reservation, an advance payment of AED 100 per person is required through an online payment link.
Cancellation & Refund: • If the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund is applicable.
• After the 48-hour window, no refund will be applicable, even if the cancellation is made on the same day.
• In the case of rescheduling within 24 hours, a rescheduling fee of AED 100 will apply.
• Rescheduling can only be done prior to the original reservation date.
Dress Code: • The restaurant follows a smart-elegant dress code.
• Guests are requested to avoid beachwear, trainers, or runners.
• Traditional attire of all nationalities is welcome.
Children Policy: • Nonnaverse welcomes children of all ages.
• For children below 14 years, a la carte options are available upon request. Guests aged 14 years and above will be charged for the set menu price.
Other Services: • Complimentary valet parking is available for diners at Nonnaverse.
• Please ask us to validate your parking ticket before you leave the restaurant.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi service is available.
